Complaints Policy

Things do not always happen as you might expect. You may have a disagreement with the way your child is being educated or supervised whilst at school. This document explains how you can resolve your concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. It can also help you if you want to make a formal complaint about an unresolved issue. To date, we have received only one formal complaint.
